"I
found it very interesting in that there is no
narration. Good film sequences… great reminders
of the people and things that led to the first landing.
Good job."

"The
Apollo Years"
reviews all the Apollo missions, back-to-back.
This is an historical document and documentary.
Using only archival film and the authentic communications
between the Apollo capsules and Mission Control.
There
is no narration; there is some music by the "Cud Chewing
Cows" (aka 3C -

said, when and by whom.
Duration: 139 minutes

"For
those of us who witnessed the Apollo program it brings back
memories and reminds us how things have changed (some
unrelated to the main theme, like flight controlers sitting
at their duty stations smoking!). For younger viewers
it will serve as a good entrée for discovering and
understanding the early space program."
-
Alan W. Harris,
Space scientist with North American Rockwell
(builder
of the Command Module)
during the time of Apollo, later with Jet Propulsion
Laboratory (JPL), July 8, 2009
